The High Tech Business Council (HTBC) is a member-based organization of technology oriented companies, academic institutions, and professional services firms located in the Greater Rochester / Finger Lakes Region of New York State.  HTBC’s programs and services are focused on building a well connected community to accelerate innovation, new business development, and collaboration.

We’re devoted to the growth and development of our region’s high tech community.

The High Tech Business Council exists to:

• Create a forum where high tech firms and institutions can share ideas, broaden their network,  and explore collaborative approaches to new business opportunities
• Enable business-to-business networking in targeted industry sectors
• Enable business-to-academic institution networking to drive research and innovation
• Build a culture that embraces matchmaking and rainmaking
• Foster cross-organization collaboration and networking
