Far and away, the quickest and easiest way to search for open solicitation topics is to log onto web sites that offer keyword search capabilities on open SBIR and STTR solicitations. Go to the National SBIR-STTR Conference Center Web Site or the U.S. Small Business Administration's Pre-Solicitation Announcement (PSA) to search electronically.

Individual agencies must be contacted directly to obtain solicitation materials, all of which are also available online. Hardcopies are still published by most agencies and generally available upon request. NOTE: NASA's solicitation is available only electronically.
