About HTBC

A Forward Thinking High Tech Community

Founded in 2001, the High Tech Business Council (HTBC) is a not-for-profit organization established to create a connected community of forward thinking business and academic leaders who are driven to expand the vibrant high tech industry in the Greater Rochester New York region.  The High Tech Business Council is a focal point where technology companies and research institutions develop collaborative relationships to help drive the growth of their business.  We are devoted to fostering networking, matchmaking and learning opportunities among our members to help drive the growth of their business.
