What is our Vision and Mission?
The Vision of the BioCluster is “a dynamic corporate, academic, and
community partnership in the biosciences that promotes business
development and elevates bioscience in the Greater Rochester Area to
national prominence.”
The Mission of the BioCluster is to “create and drive business
development for individual members, the collective membership of the
BioCluster, and other likeminded organizations in an environment
that nurtures business opportunity and encourages collaboration
among participants.
- Provide a platform and tools for projects, programs, and
cooperative arrangements of mutual benefit to participating
organizations.
- Provide a "Safe Harbor" in which participating organizations can
develop relationships based on mutual trust and shared values.
- Promote the BioCluster and affiliated organizations with other
comparable and complementary organizations regionally, nationally,
and worldwide to our mutual benefit.”
- Engage government entities proactively to optimize the
effectiveness of the BioCluster and improve the climate in which to
do business within our respective spheres of influence.”
